Materials needed:
1. Potato
2. Tempera or acrylic paint
3. Black sharpie marker
4. Copier paper
Method :
1. Cut the potato into two halves. Small baby potato gives small ladybugs which are more appealing. But we had only original big potato.
2. Dip the cut potato in the paint and print on the paper. We used acrylic paint as bright red got over in our tempera paint. I added little water to the paint.
3. To make ladybugs with one side, cut the half potato again.
4. Let the paint dry.
5. I drew the features with the black permanent marker.
My toddler gets distracted if I take pictures. I thought of taking pictures after she was done. But completely forgot! So this post has only output picture. I had to write this post even without pictures as my toddler enjoyed so much!
