Hi All,Isn’t fascinating to create an illusion of 3D by hand? We had created a 3D palm art earlier. We used the same technique to create a 3D heart this time. The best part about this craft is it requires only basic stationery available at home!
Materials required : (affiliation links)
1. Paper ( We used ordinary copier paper)
3. Ruler
4. Pencil
Method :
1. Draw a heart in the paper with pencil
3. When you reach the heart, arc out the straight line little upwards inside the heart. Once you are out of the heart, draw straight lines. Basically you are drawing straight lines outside the heart and curved lines inside the heart.
4. Once you are done drawing lines on the entire paper, the work is done. You can see a 3D heart!
Note : More closer the lines, more 3D effect illusion.
My eight year old daughter had difficulty in drawing curves on the top large portion of the heart. But still she enjoyed the activity very much!

I saw this on PInterest . . . This is totally amazing! And, it sounds super easy to do for older kids.
I have a link party that I’m trying to grow. I invite you to share this link (and a couple of others) at my Party in Your PJs link party on my site Grandma Ideas https://grandmaideas.com. The party goes through midnight on Sunday. I hope you’ll be able to make it.
Warmly,
Nina
