Aluminium foil is a forgiving art medium! It is completely mess free and creates beautiful effect! We created an egg wall art with aluminium foil and straw!
Materials needed:
1. Straws
2. Aluminium foil
3. Card stock or any other thick paper
4. School glue
5. Scissors
Step 1:
1. Cut the foil into thin strips just enough to wrap the straw.
2. Cover the straw with the foil. Glue the foil in place.
3. Draw an egg on the cardstock and cut it out.
4. Cut the straws (covered with the foil) into desired length to cover the egg template. Paste them on the template. I thought we might require a glue gun to paste the straw. But surprised to see that the school glue was sufficient.
5. Cover the entire egg template. I kept a heavy book on the egg to make the straws stick properly.
6. Turn the art work. Frame it! The beautiful aluminium foil Easter egg wall art is done.
