Here is another post regarding aluminium foil activity. Long time readers definitely know that we love aluminium foil. It is true that we use aluminium foil for crafts more than in kitchen. When we did our first project aluminium foil flowers, we did not have any idea that we would continue to do more projects like aluminium foil stain glass painting or aluminium foil hearts. Here we decorated eggs by wrapping them with foil and painting with acrylic paint.
Materials needed:
1. Plastic egg
2. Aluminium foil
3. Acrylic paint (optional)
Method :
1. Cut out the aluminium foil bigger than the egg.
2. Wrap the egg with the foil. Smooth out the foil with the thumb. All the trapped air should be released.
3. Foil covered Easter eggs are ready! Foil covered eggs itself are beautiful. You can stop here or you can paint the foiled egg with acrylic paint.
4. I feel unpainted version is more beautiful than painted version.
It is a very simple project and the aluminium foil wrapped Easter eggs are beautiful.
