We made this beautiful fireworks painting using our beloved printing technique. We love printing activities as it is simple to do and creates beautiful artwork.
Materials needed: (affiliation links are used)
1. Empty water bottle
2. Washable tempera paint (we love this paint)
3. Printer paper
Method :
1. Cut the neck portion from an empty water bottle.
2. Make slits at regular intervals. Pull the strips outside.
3. Hold the bottle in the mouth. Dip it in the paint and start printing in the paper.
The painting is done!
We made prints of blue and then red over it to create the independence day look.
My nine year old and I did this simple painting when my preschooler was napping. I was thinking that this activity might be too easy for her. But she liked it.
