Why do I call this spiral drawing idea, a stress buster activity? According to Harvard Cardiologist, Herbert Benson, the rhythmic and repetitive motion of drawing helps synchronize hand and eye, body & mind and relieves stress. This activity is nothing but rhythmic and repetitive. Grab a marker and give it a try!
This Spiral drawing is done in a Pentagon shape. I had shared about spiral pattern drawn inside the whole pentagon in another post. In this post, I have split the pentagon into five equal parts and drawn the pattern in each triangle separately. I believe you will love this simple doodle idea.
The free template will help you draw the pentagon in no time. Template is free for personal use only.
